At Smartrr, our admin and customer portal displays different order statuses that tell you where your transactions stand. Just a heads up, these statuses only relate to transactions in Shopify, not subscriptions.
Here's the rundown of the main order statuses you'll see:
- Pickup: This shows when the order is set for pickup.
- Shipped: Means the items have been shipped.
- Partially Shipped: If only part of the order is on its way, and it's marked as partially shipped.
- Processing: When the payment is pending, and the order is in progress.
- Refunded: When a refund is done, and the financial status says 'refunded.'
- Partially Refunded: When there's a partial refund, and the financial status says 'partially refunded.'
For anything not covered here, we default to 'Processing.'
Important to note: We don't use a separate 'Cancelled' status for orders. Why? Because if a subscription is canceled, the associated order doesn't even show up. This helps keep things straightforward in the portal.
